As a Dallas transplant, Brit brings a warm dose of Southern hospitality to the PNW. She’s the heart of our weekend hustle—and if you’ve popped in on a Saturday or Sunday, chances are you’ve already shared a chat or two with her. Brit’s beauty industry journey began 12 years ago as a hairstylist, but her passion quickly expanded beyond the chair. With a natural gift for leadership and client care, she now thrives in her role guiding team growth and spearheading our marketing and affiliate program. What fuels Brit most is genuine human connection—whether that’s mentoring team members, helping clients feel confident, or building a beauty community rooted in inclusivity and authenticity. She’s committed to making Spruce a welcoming, safe space where everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
