COVID-19 Policy Updates

As we all navigate the current state, we are doing our best to make decisions that feel right for our team and community. At this time, we are no longer requiring masks for entry to our retail space and skincare studios.

The Spruce Apothecary team is fully vaccinated. We have increased sanitization and cleaning protocols in both of the skincare studios and our retail space.


Spruce Apothecary Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours. The first time you cancel within the 48 hour window, you are charged 50% of the service booked. Any time after that you are charged 100% of the service booked. If you no call-no show, you are charged 100% of the service booked. No exceptions.

When you do not show up for your appointment, or when you cancel at the last minute with us, this negatively impacts our service providers in a big way. Our estheticians rely on their income from providing services to care for their families, pay their bills, and continue their education. When you cancel the time that you have booked last minute, the esthetician may not be able to rebook this time, and will therefore lose money.

Our team and small business stand firm on our 48 hour cancellation and no show policy. If you are having COVID, cold, or flu symptoms - please reschedule your appointment within our policy timeframe. We understand life happens, and we have created this policy with this in mind.
