All home, wellness, lifestyle, gift, and makeup products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Skincare products may be exchanged for a product with equal value within 14 days if the client has had a reaction. An esthetician should be consulted on this. After 14 days all sales are final. No cash returns or refunds are permitted.
We stand by the quality of our products, however if an item comes to you damaged or defective, we will do our best to make it right.
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is 48 hours. The first time you cancel after the 48 hour window, you are charged 50% of the service booked. Any time after that you are charged 100% of the service booked. If you no call-no show, you are charged 100% of the service booked. No exceptions.
When you do not show up for your appointment, or when you cancel or reschedule at the last minute with us, this negatively impacts our service providers in a big way. Our estheticians rely on their income from providing services to care for their families, pay their bills, and continue their education. When you cancel the time that you have booked last minute, the esthetician may not be able to rebook this time, and will therefore lose wages.
Our team and small business stand firm on our 48 hour cancellation and no show policy. If you are having COVID, cold, or flu symptoms - please reschedule your appointment within our 48 hour policy timeframe. We understand life happens, and we have created this policy with this in mind.
