Jenn Kenner
Co-Owner, Creative Director
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Jenn (she/her) is passionate about green beauty, wellness, and sustainability. In addition to her background as a holistic esthetician, Jenn gained much of her knowledge of health and wellness, immunity, and self-care from her own health journey: a long, intense battle with chronic Lyme disease. This experience inspired her to curate a unique lineup of non-toxic products at Spruce in order to help consumers lower their toxic burden, find wellness from the inside out, and become their most vibrant selves. In her free time, she enjoys the local farmers market, vegetarian cooking, paddleboarding, visiting the San Juan Islands, and taking her dogs to the beach.

Tiann Hadeed
Tiann (she/her), has been in the beauty industry for 14 years as a licensed esthetician and massage therapist, is a seasoned small business owner known both for her ability to deeply take care of others and her fierce support of womxn across her businesses and communities. When Tiann isn’t at one of the shops or with clients, you can find her and her family foraging around her home east of the mountains where they are modern-day homesteading. Raising goats, chickens, ducks, and bees, gardening, fermenting, and cooking, are some of their favorite daily passions together. To follow along, you can find her @hiddenpinehome on Instagram.

Kimjoy Long
Spa Lead, Holistic Esthetician
Kimjoy (she/her) specializes in sugar-based hair removal and ethnic skin. She has made it her mission to help clients focus on their health and wellness from the inside out. From laughter and celebration, to tears and heavy seasons, all is welcome in Kimjoy’s space. She embraces all walks of life regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, and religious and/or ethnic background, and is honored to hold physical and energetic space for her clients. When not at Spruce, you’ll find her longboarding with her three kids or reading a book in a patch of sunlight.

Samantha Ann
Holistic Esthetcian
Sam (she/her) offers a broad range of services but especially thrives when giving facials or lash lifts in her local community of West Seattle. She’s also the proud momma of a mini Goldendoodle named Indie who is well-behaved, quiet, and can usually be found greeting customers or snoozing under the service bed.In her spare time, Sam enjoys being creative--her paintings and drawings can be found in several homes, coffee shops, restaurants, and storefronts throughout the Seattle area!

Hanna Hurd (Smith)
Holistic Esthetician
Shortly after moving to Seattle from Minnesota, Hanna (she/her) started her esthetics journey. Her passion has only deepened over the years, and she continues to add to her practice by training in dermaplaning, brow henna, advanced sugaring, and more.Her favorite ways to practice self-care are spending quality time with her family and husband, reading a good book, and thrifting!

Born and raised in Skagit Valley, Devorro (she/her) loves providing an eco-luxe experience for every client, and she’s obsessed with furthering her education about skincare ingredients and with building custom and effective self-care rituals.Ask her about growing up in Skagit Valley, her time spent in Philly, dancing at festivals (covered in biodegradable glitter, of course!), the fine art of binge watching Bravo TV while stuffing her face full of chips and salsa, and anything Ayurveda, meditation, or yoga.

Juliette (she/her) is fairly new to Seattle by way of Boston, and for her, finding her Spruce family so shortly after moving felt kismet, meant to be. One of her favorite parts of working for Spruce is learning more about clean beauty and holistic wellness. When she’s not in the shop, she’s capturing love as a wedding photographer, sharing her favorite sustainable and ethical finds as a style blogger, and wandering the farmers market with her girlfriend.

Megan Pederson
Copywriter, Marketing
While her main gig is writing and editing, Megan’s (she/her) passion for and belief in the importance of non-toxic, earth-conscious skincare and self-care brought her to Spruce. A PNWer through and through, when not in the shop you can find her out surfing in her ill-advised shorty wetsuit, scouring food blogs for the next best takeout spot, or perusing Elliott Bay Book Co for a book on how to grow seaweed.
